• Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Valid Reasons for Return / Exchange
We want you to feel confident shopping with Sleep N Slip. You may request a return or exchange if:

• You would like to exchange for another size or item

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Product must be returned in original condition
Returns will not be accepted if:

• the product shows signs of use
• the product has been washed or altered
• tags or packaging are missing
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• products purchased during clearance or final sale
• customized or altered products
These items may only be exchanged if found defective.
Refund Method
Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, refunds will be processed as:

• Store credit, or
• Refund to the original payment method (for prepaid orders)
Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refund Deductions

• A ₹100 handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
• COD charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Process

• Replacement items are shipped within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
